Welcome to Loyalsock Township High School!  A school with a proud tradition of academic achievement, LTHS is a 2019 U.S. News & World Report Nationally Recognized High School. LTHS ranks #66 out of 688 Pennsylvania high schools (top 9%) and #1926 out of 17,245 (top 11%) in the nation.  LTHS is also the home of the 2018 Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Jennifer Wahl.

2016-2019 National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Safe Sports School Award 1st Team Recipient

  • Awarded for 3-year period 12/1/16 – 11/30/19 – “This award champions safety & recognizes secondary schools that provide safe environments for student athletes.  The award reinforces the importance of providing the best level of care, injury prevention, and treatment.  LTHS had to meet all 51 required & recommended elements defined by the NATA.”
  • 2014 National Blue Ribbon Nominee
  • 2014 Recipient of the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Academics
